Riviera

The Riviera is the hillside to the north-east above downtown Santa Barbara, with meandering lanes and a variety of architecture from the 1920’s to 1950’s.  Almost all Riviera homes have views, some close in to see better the red-tile roofs of downtown and the harbor, others higher up with commanding views up and down the coastline.  The lot sizes and homes are smaller and closer, but the rich character of the properties and views bring the price range up to $1.5M-$4M.
