Mesa

Santa Barbara’s Mesa area is a collection of neighborhoods on the hilltop overlooking downtown and the waterfront.  The neighborhoods converge at the top of the Mesa in a commercial village that offers gourmet shopping, restaurants and all services, making the Mesa a truly self-contained town within Santa Barbara.  Westwood Hills and Harbor Hills offer larger and more dramatic view properties, while Pacific Palisades and Marine Terrace are closer to the ocean blufftop and feature smaller charming homes.
